We’re proud to welcome the celebrated DJ and producer Rodney Hunter with his brand-new double A-side - Wishing Well / Hear My Call.

The Grammy-nominated, genre-defying artist has been a brightly lit flame in the music industry for nearly 3 decades.

With his early output on G-Stone Recordings firmly placing him front and center in the Vienna scene, he’s been steadily releasing music on labels such as Peppermint Jam, Club Sweat and his own imprint, Hunter Recordings. With frequent support from industry titans and expert outlets such as Traxsource and Beatport, this release is another charming example of Rodney Hunter’s versatility within the electronic music realm.

Joining forces with (famed Boogie Angst mainstay) IVAR, the outcome is effortlessly chic and groovy. Wishing Well gives us straight-up sunset island vibes, sure to get the dance floor swaying.
Sleek disco chords intertwine with sparkly rhythm guitars, whilst the strings sound like they could have been lifted straight off a Donna Summer album.
IVAR’s vocals are dexterously chopped and filtered in and around the main groove, providing a radiant, soulful touch to the piece. This all resulting in a warm and steamy dance tune, worthy of addition to your upcoming spring and summer playlists.

Hear My Call
This soulful, Balearic groover balances Wishing Well out perfectly; dialing down the tempo a few notches with the mood turning quite seductive.
